Her journey began as a full-time Clinical Nursing Assistant, while simultaneously pursuing her college education and successfully raising two children. After achieving the status of RN, Kenyardar transitioned into a floor Nurse, where her passion for patient care and dedication to the profession shines brightly. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated remarkable growth and, advancing to hold several key positions, including Nurse Manager of both skilled and long-term care facilities. Additionally, she has served as an MDS Coordinator (Minimum Data Sheet) and Staff Development Coordinator & Infection Prevention and Control (SDC/IP), showcasing her versatility and expertise. Ultimately, Kenyardar rose to the esteemed role of Director of Nursing, where she has made a impact on her team and the residents they serve. She is also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA). Her unwavering commitment to excellence in nursing and her ability to lead with compassion has been proven with her successful career. Kenyardar graduated from Walden University with her Master of Science in Nursing.
